01 Getting Started
What is Pixlfy?
Pixlfy is a marketplace that connects clients with professional photographers, videographers, and studios. You can discover creators, send inquiries, book shoots, and handle payments — all in one place.
Which role should I choose — Client, Freelancer, or Studio?
Choose Client if you want to hire creators for a shoot. Choose Freelancer if you are an individual photographer or videographer offering services. Choose Studio if you run a team and want to showcase your studio's work at scale.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up and pick whether you're a Client, Freelancer, or Studio. Fill in your details, then confirm the 6-digit code we email you. Creators go straight into profile setup from there.
02 Bookings & Projects
How do I hire a photographer?
Browse talent, open a creator's profile, and send them an inquiry describing your shoot. The creator can reply with a quote, and once you accept, the booking is created and you can track its progress to delivery.
What's the difference between a project and a booking?
A project is an open listing on the marketplace that creators can respond to with proposals. A booking is a direct engagement with one creator — created when you send an inquiry and accept their quote.
Where do I find my delivered photos?
Once a creator delivers your shoot, the gallery appears under Galleries and inside the booking itself, where you can preview and download your files.
03 Payments & Payouts
How do payments work?
Pay from the booking page — checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Depending on how the booking is set up, you either pay the full amount at once, or a deposit first and the balance later.
How do creators get paid?
Connect your Stripe payout account from Earnings & Payouts. Confirmed earnings build up there as your available balance and are released on a 15-day payout cycle — or hit Request Payout to withdraw sooner.
Where can I see my invoices and billing history?
Open Billing History from your account menu to view past payments and download invoices for your records.
04 Account & Profile
How do I edit my profile?
Go to Profile from your account menu to update your details, avatar, and — if you're a creator — your portfolio and services.
I didn't receive my verification code. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after a minute, request a new code from the verification screen. Make sure your email address was entered correctly.
How do I manage my subscription?
Visit Subscription to view your current plan, upgrade, or cancel. Changes take effect according to the terms shown at checkout.
